Spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico, beach and pool from the
living room, dining room and bedrooms. Listen to the surf from each
room when the balcony sliding doors are open! Living room and
bedrooms open onto a wrap-around balcony. This second floor condo has
a western exposure- it is beautifully decorated and well maintained.
The master bedroom offers a king bed, and 2 twin beds in the guest
bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen, large living room, dining area with
seating for 6 and a 2 stool bar nook in the kitchen. Two TVs and DVD
player are for your enjoyment. Washers and dryers are located on each
floor. Wireless Internet Connection in the Unit.

Abundant beach, strewn with seas shells is yours to discover! Heated
swimming pool, chickee huts, clay surface tennis courts (small fee),
exercise room, boat docks (small fee), parking garage and 24-hour
security in this gated complex.

Activities on Marco Island include fishing, sailing, shelling and
snorkeling. During the winter/spring season, art and food festivals
are frequent not only on Marco but in Naples and surrounding
communities. Everglade tours and boat or plane charters to Key West
are available. Marco Island offers excellent restaurants, great
shopping and several churches. There are many public golf courses
throughout the Marco/Naples area. Winter daytime temperature ranges
for the mid-70s to mid 80s, with night time range of mid 50s to mid
60s.

Dec. 1 through April 30: 1 week $2,050; 2 weeks $3,900; 1 month
$5,500. May 1 through November 30: 1 week $950; 2 weeks $1,800; month
$3,400.

Rental period is Saturday to Saturday, extra days may be added.

Keys are available after 3PM on day of arrival, and departure is 10AM on the last day of stay.
