We welcome you to our home, where the sights and sounds of the ocean
are only footsteps away.
Our "Captain's Villa" is located in a new ocean front complex "The
Terraces at Beachside". This unit is beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen,
luxurious tiled bath with a deep soaking tub, and a private bedroom with a
queen-size bed. We also have a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath right

The Terraces have a private beach boardwalk to the beach and is the
closest oceanfront condo complex to historic Fernandina Beach where
you will enjoy sight-seeing, wonderful shops, restaurants, ghost
tours, horse drawn carriage rides, marina and deep sea fishing. The
15 unit complex has secure interior hallways, elevator, assigned
covered parking, small outdoor pool and is adjacent to an oceanfront park with
volleyball courts and mini golf.
The entrance to Fort Clinch State Park is a short walk from our
condo and features a historic fort with reenactments, fishing pier
and 6 miles of off-road hiking/biking trails. Or walk to the Fort
via the beach just remember to take a $1 for the entrance fee. Bird
watching, shelling and shark tooth hunting or just hanging out the
quiet beach are favorite activities at the park.
Next door to our building is a casual oceanfront restaurant offering
anything from sandwiches to full dinners. Many visitors to the
Island come to enjoy the beachfront dining and grouper sandwiches.
