Comfortable and affordable home away from home in Surfside Beach

Oceanside village is a gated community that offers a quiet neighborhood to enjoy your vacation.  It is close to many attractions to fill in your days or nights with as much activity as you choose.

Our house is nestled on a corner lot. As you have your first cup of coffee, enjoy the early morning sunrise on the screened in front porch or in the dining room.

The bedrooms each offer comfortable queen size beds, TVs and clock radios.  A deck off the master bedroom provides the perfect spot for afternoon sun bathing.

A queen size sofa/couch, a recliner, and lounging chair are in the large living room inviting you to kick back and enjoy a movie on the TV/DVD player or suggle with a good book.

If you prefer to stay at home for dinner, cook a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen or use the BBQ grill.  Should you decide to go out on the town, dine at one of the many fabulous restaurants in the area.

Beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards in the shed may be used at the beach.

This is a non-smoking home.

Check in time is 3pm and check out is promptly 10am.

The community has both a heated indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool. There are several parks and fishing areas, tennis and volleyball courts, ball fields, a community center with various scheduled activities and entertainment, fitness center and a library with internet access.

The beach is only a short walk away and for those that drive, it has private parking for village occupants .

Golf carts are available for rental at the main office for a fun way to get around the village.

Nightly entertainment such as the famous Legends theatre is just down the road.

Flea markets and mall shopping are just a short distance away.  Several health and wellness spas are also near by.  Choose a deep tissue or swedish massage to release the year long stress you have come to get away from or pamper yourself and enjoy a facial, a pedicure and/or manicure.

Of course all the golf you could want is conveniently located right across HWY 17 and mini golf for the children is just a hop, skip and jump away!

 12% tax added to total rental 

$100 security deposit required for reservations.

Renters must be 25years of age or older. Proof of age required.

Payment option: Paypal or bank check  

We prefer Saturday-Saturday for weekly rentals but special arrangements may be made upon request.
