This private, ½ acre lot directly across from the fourth hole of the
Continental Country Club golf course offers spectacular mountain
views from the front porch and ensconces you in over 50 pine trees
from the brand new wrap around deck in the back yard. Snuggle up on
the comfy couches in front of the wood burning fireplace/stove w/ a
view from a full wall of windows into the back yard. The house is
warmly decorated and has a new, spacious kitchen w/island open to
the family room. Fourth bedroom can be used as a second master suite
although this bathroom does not have a tub/shower. Parking is
excessive w/ two car garage, one car carport, two additional car
parking and two RV gates. One adult bike, two children’s bikes and
sleds are supplied for fun. Country Club amenities include golf,
tennis, pool, exercise facility, sports bar and casual and fine
dining. Kids Club amenities include miniature golf, playground,
organized activities, pool, hot tub, game area and free WiFi
internet and computers. Enjoy!

*Sleeps up to eleven; 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, one set of bunk beds
(child only on top bunk), single day bed and, if needed, an electric
blow up queen bed. Beds are super comfy, most have down comforters.
*Fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels etc.

*Two TV’s w/ cable, VCR, DVD player. Stereo.

Close to hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, Lake Mary, NAU, Lowell
Observatory. Golf, tennis and swimming within the community. Sedona
and the Grand Canyon are both very short drives. Also shopping and
downtown Flagstaff is very close.
