The Venice Zen Cottages are 1 bedroom/1 bathroom cottages with living space that flows into a large and tranquil garden. The Cottages have been refurbished to it’s original 1920’s style with a spacious, bright and airy feeling. Located in the quaint and desirable neighborhood – The Venice Walk Street – the cottage is a 5 minute walk to trendy Abbot Kinney and a 10 minute bike ride to the boardwalk and Venice Canals.
In addition, 3000 square feet is dedicated to the a beautiful garden with a large & tranquil water fountain.

Rates Based on 2 guest / for 3rd guest add $15 per night
(OFF Season rates: After Labor Day – Dec 15 / Jan 1 - May 31) (2 nights min)
Nightly Rate: $130 - $140
Weekly Rate: $875 - $920
(PEAK Season Rates: June 1 thru Labor Day / & Holiday Season Dec 15 - Jan 1)
Nightly Rate: $160 - $170 (4 nt min in July / Aug /holidays) (June 2nt min is OK.)
Weekly Rate: $1025 - $1100
+ $250 refundable damage deposit + $85 cleaning fee.
((4 nt min for holiday season, July & Aug)
