Recently custom-built 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with 2 car garage. With only 900 feet separating you from an empty white beach....family fun is yours. The beautiful roof deck has great patio furniture to watch sunrises over the Sea of Cortez. The unobstructed view of the water and the sunsets over the mountains are fabulous.
Only a few three bedroom houses are available for rent in Playa de Oro. This one is just now being offered for rent and has a huge garage for all your ATV's and toys. The master is secluded on one side of the house with it's own bathroom and king size bed. The other two queen bedrooms share a bathroom.
Villa Baja Vista features a fully equiped kitchen, flat screen TV with DirectTV service, covered patio with BBQ & dining table for those great fresh fish dinners with the family. The upstairs deck is a great place to relax with a tropical drink in the evening and to have your coffee watching sunrises over the Sea in the morning. The manned guard gate to the development gives you a great since of privacy and safety. Our onsite management company will make sure your vacation is all you expected. This is a smoke-free house....please no smoking.
