Waterfront cottage in Denmark

This waterfront cottage has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8), a living room with lakeview picture window and a dining room with water and yard view picture window. Outside, the cottage has 130 feet of private water front including a 24 foot shoreline deck and 30 foot boat dock into the water. The swimming in the front is a gradual depth. There is also a large private yard with tall trees, picnic tables, lounge chairs as well as camp fire pit. The cottage has full kitchen, color TV/DVD, paddle boat and outdoor charcoal grill. The cottage is good for fishing, swimming, boating and water ski or simply relaxing on the waterfront. Also awesome leaf peeping. Denmark has town library with internet. Town Hall has outdoor tennis and basketball courts with nightlights and a fun playground. Moose Pond is about 11 miles long and 1 mile wide at the widest. Our location on the south end of the lake offers a quiet, scenic setting to relax and enjoy your vacation. The cottage is about 25 miles away from North Conway, NH (large tax-free outlet shopping).  Saco River rafting nearby. Hiking at Pleasant mountain or Stone mountain in Brownfield. Boat launch is convenient. $800 per week. Saturday to Saturday. 

The interior of the cottage is classic knoty pine ceilling,wall and hardwood floors with area rugs. The master bedroom features a full size bed, The second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds. The living room has a full size pull out sleep sofa. The cottage is cozy and is fully equipped except for linens. The cottage has 8 pillows, 5 blankets, color TV/DVD, vacum cleaner, electric stove/oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, toster, can opener, blender, silverware & dishes. A convenient store with home made pizza and subs, new cafe/deli eat-in and a gas station is about 1 mile away on Main St.. Laundromat opens daily from 5 am to 11 pm on Rt. 160S in Brownfield.  Bridgton, Fryeburg and N. Conway has supermarkets.

On SITE: Private dock for fishing, swimming and the use of our paddle boat. Water skiing, motor boating and jet skis are allowed or just simply relaxing on the waterfront.

Near By: public beach, rope swing, boat landing, canoeing (on the Saco River), playground/ball parks, tennis court, basketball court, hiking at Pleasant mountain or stone mountain in Brownfield. There are three golf courses in Bridgton, Naples and Lovell. Bridgton is about 12 miles away offering great eateries, a drive-in and an old fashioned movie theatre as well as antique stores. In Naple, you can rent boats/jet skis and there's a state park too. The Fryeburg fair is about 10 miles away in October foliage season. North Conway is about 30 minutes away offering tax-free outlet shopping, fine dining, mini golf. Heritage N.H. and storyland. There is a wildlife park in Gray. At the wildlife enjoy Maine's native animals, nature trails, interactive exhibits, beautiful flower gardens and a nature shop.  You can also spend an afternoon on the paddle wheeler "Songo River Queen" on near by Long Lake. Portland is about 50 miles away.
