It features 3 bedrooms (2 of them with Queen Sized beds; 1 has 2 sets of bunks), 3 full bathrooms, ceiling fans in every room, 9 foot ceilings, granite countertops, not to mention the beautiful oceanfront! The views are fabulous from the family room, featuring 2 walkout decks (including one bump out deck), giving this unit the look and feel of a corner unit. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday, and are typically the only bookings offered from Memorial weekend through end of September.  Exceptions to this are if I don't have a renter the week before check-in.  In that case, a partial week is accepted.

Note that the rates below are followed by the TOTAL (which is the base rate, plus tax, 15.5%, damage coverage fee ($50 nonrefundable), and admin fee ($60).  Note that the admin fee is required by Sandbridge Realty to process rental applications and credit cards.  Trip insurance is optional, but good protection in case of adverse weather conditions or a family emergency which could prevent you from your stay.
