The views are fabulous from the family room, featuring 2 walkout decks (including one bump out deck), giving this unit the look and feel of a corner unit. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday, and are typically the only bookings offered from Memorial weekend through end of October.  Exceptions to this are if I don't have a renter the week before check-in.  In that case, a partial week is accepted.

Note that the rates below are followed by the TOTAL (which is the base rate, plus tax, 15.5%, damage coverage fee ($50 nonrefundable), and admin fee ($55)).  Trip insurance is optional, but good protection in case of adverse weather conditions or a family emergency which could prevent you from your stay.
