This two bedroom one bath has over 1000 sq. ft. of living space with private entrance and screened in porch overlooking the water and Truxton park across the water. The space is the first floor of a two story house located approx. 1 mile from Historic Annapolis. Boat slip is available with water and electric at the private pier with 6 ft. MLW.
Travel downtown by water taxi and enjoy the sights, activities, restaurants, and bars offered in Annapolis. Two person canoe is available at the waters edge for your pleasure. This is a family oriented home with an outside play/swing set and pets are welcome.
Take a walk over to Truxton park and enjoy the walking trails, tennis courts, and public pool. This is a great location, private setting, with plenty of wildlife to enjoy. Bring your fishing gear and catch fish off the pier or catch some crabs. This really is a great location with all of the comforts of home and then some.
