Marino's 1st Floor Apartment in Seaside Heights

My Grandparents (Frank & Anna Marino) purchased these apartments in 1947 and lived on the 2nd floor apt. while renting out the 1st floor apt. After a couple summers of friends asking Frank to park in the "lot" behind the house, he decided to build the cottage with some friends. They created family friendly rentals and many families have continued renting from us thru the years. From Frank & Anna, to Johnny & Rosemary, to John & Debbie, these apartments have been an integral part of the summer vacations of generations of families. My kids will have summers like I did. Seaside Heights, New Jersey. 3 units for rent. Sleeps 6-8 people comfortably. Conveniently located in the heart of town; 2 blocks from the boardwalk/beach.

-All units have full kitchen with Refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee pot, and all utensils/pots and pans.

-Duplex bathrooms have shower only. Cottage has tub with shower (great for families with small children).

-27'' inch TV, basic cable, and DVD player in all units

We do NOT rent partial weeks or weekends in-season. Our "rental season" starts June 27th and runs thru Labor Day. Outside of those weeks is considered out of season and discounted up to 50%.

In Season WEEKLY Rentals are...

-$900/week for 1st floor

-$950/week for 2nd floor

-$1000/week for Rear Cottage

-Check-in Saturday at 1pm

-Check-out Saturday 10am

**FYI** We are a family oriented property. Minimum rental age is 25 years old. There are plenty of houses in Seaside that are "party houses". We are not one of them. When sending a request, please state your age in the number of guests field. Thanks.
