 Siesta Key Beach has been nationally recognized for its beautiful beach, last year was rated in the top three of America's best beaches. Our beach is made of 99% pure quartz, the sand is soft, clean, and pure white. Not only is the sand sugar-soft, but it is also cool to the touch.  

Our condominium has a queen-sized bed in one bedroom and two twins in the second. Each bedroom suite has a private bath and a private door to the lanai. The condo is equipped with everything you need for fun including beach chairs, beach towels, two bicycles and a cooler. The condo is only two-tenths of a mile walk to Siesta Key public beach famous for its white sand that always feels cool on your feet no matter how hot the sun is. The beach amenities include lifeguards, concessions, picnic tables & grills, playground for the kids, volleyball courts, restrooms and showers.

Harbor Towers Yacht & Raquet club is minutes away from Siesta Village, featuring quaint shops with local arts and crafts and food markets making shopping quite convenient during your visit. Casual outside eateries plus fine dining is available; some restaurants offer live entertainment while dining.

The property has two heated pools, three har-tru tennis courts and a marina. It also features a large poolside patio with four gas grills and plenty of space to enjoy meals. Harbor Towers offers free Wi-Fi in the lobby and the recreation room features a large screen TV where free movies are shown every Friday evening.

Harbor Towers Yacht & Racquet Club is a secure building requiring entry at all doors with special fob's given out only to owners and guests. Night time security is provided and automatic entry gates secure the grounds at all times.

5% Discount for 8-12 wks, 10% Discount for more than 12 wks.

11% State & local taxes are not included in the rates

An Advance Rent/Security Deposit of $600.00 is required to confirm reservation. Full amount of rent is due 30 days prior to arrival.

 A 30 day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date to assure refund of advanced deposit.

A Security damage deposit of $600 is required on arrival, which will be placed in an escrow account and returned within 30 days after departure minus any deduction.
