Rare rental offering right on the water in the middle of the California Delta on the San Francisco East Bay with over 1000 miles of water.  Perfect location near Frank's Tract and Bethel Island for a vacation, swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, relaxing on the water. 45 minutes from Oakland airport, close to San Francisco and Napa Valley, right at the best fishing in Northern California.  Great location for bass fisherman out for a fishing trip or attending the many tournaments. 

Why us, because not only is the setting quiet and private, but you are minutes away from fast water.  Delta Cottage is both a romantic get away and/or an adventerous one.  The choice is yours.

 Both are new construction. First is the cottage on the water with a kitchen, full bath, dining area and sleeping area for up to four people.  Cool interior with ceiling fans. kitchen has utensils and dishes. Linens provided. There is a deck right there that is 30 by 15 and has additional room to sit and fish or swim. The second rental is an off water site in the garden with a full 800 sq foot apartment.  The large bedroom has a kingsize bed, there is a full bathroom, a full kitchen and a living area.  It is air conditioned, large flat screen TV and WiFi.  There is a  large private deck with tables and chairs, two areas to tie up boats, swim and or fish off the dock. You may use our canoe.  Tons of wildlife to see, such as Canadian geese, green herons, white herons, giant blue heron, otters, huge barn owls, just to name a few for the bird watchers.  Any plenty of trails and water trips for the nature lovers.  To get more information go to our deltacottage website.

Private dock, you can boat in or choose to drive in.  New construction on the water, private deck area, kitchen, bath with shower, dining area, sleeping and living area.   There is a TV with cable and a DVD player. Linens are provided. Small BBQ. Quite and peaceful near the end of Sandmound Slough.

Quick trip to Napa Valley, San Francisco or the Marin Beach coast.  Safe swimming area but close to fast water.  You can boat into San Francisco from here.  Excellent fishing all around the area and right off the dock.  Great place to stay for bass tournaments.

Plenty of resturants near by and the growing Brentwood and Lodi Vintners to choose from.

Frank's track and Bethel Island for tournament bass fisherman is just 10 minutes away by boat.  City of Brentwood near by, with excellent farmers markets and new vintners.  You can also spend the day water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, swimming, just hanging out.  There are 8 local hiking trails within an easy drive of the cottage. Many local fishing guides are available to help you catch the big ones.

These rates apply to the cottage or to the apartment.

Daily rate is $130.00 from March to the end of October for two people and $25.00 for each additional person up to total of 4 guests. Weekly rate is normally $910.00 but now you can get the last night free for a total of $780.  Monthy rental is $2000 for two people and $2500 for four.  There is a $25.00 cleaning charge.  No children under six.  Call about small pets.

The winter rate from November 1st to end of February is $90 per night.

Two night miniumun on weekends.  No smoking.
