This spacious home features a living room/great room on the main floor with  comfortable furnishings and sliding glass doors opening to the deck overlooking Lake Arrowhead.  It has a brick wood-burning fireplaces and cable TV with DVD and CD players. 

The adjoining remodeled kitchen has granite countertops (including seating for 2) and a center island.  All stainless steel appliances include gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher.

The dining room with formal seating for 6 plus a children's table for 4 and a high chair, opens onto the side deck with a beautiful view of the lake.

4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms - Two king suites plus one bedroom with 2 bunk beds on the third floor. The first floor has a king-sized bed, a fireplace, kitchenette, bathroom and laundry room.  This room opens onto an enclosed, covered patio with more gorgeous lake views. 

The house provides sleeping for a total of 6 adults and 4 children.  This is not a "party house".  We want mature renters with a respect for our home and environment.

The nearby dock is the ideal place for sunbathing, swimming, fishing, eating and watching the sunsets.

There are 43 steps from the street to the house, and another 45 to the lake.

Below the house is a path that leads to Arrowhead Village and Resort--OR around the entire lake!

 There is a covered garage with off-street parking for 3 cars.

Peak Season: (May-Spet.) $425/night; 2 night min. or $2,970/week (7 nights)

Non-peak Season: (Oct.-April) $385/night; 2 night min. or $2,310/week (6 nights)

Holiday Rates: $583/night (5 night min. for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)

Minimum 4 night stay for July 4
