50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

$100 housekeeping fee for rentals of 3 or fewer nights. Contact us for reduced rates for smaller parties or 2 wk+ rentals. Unit is rented to adults over 25, prefer families. No vacationing students. You are welcome to have guests, but no loud and boisterous parties will be tolerated.
