The home is in excellent condition and the hot tub is upstairs on a private deck just off the living area.  Entry level offers 3 bedrooms and two full baths. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and it's own bathroom, Bedroom 2 has a queen and the third bedroom has a bunk bed - double on the bottom and single on the top. This room also has a door to the back patio which is great area for play and relaxation. The second full bath is in the downstairs hallway. Upstairs there is a wonderful living, dining, kitchen area and a half bath. The kitchen opens to both the living and dining areas and has granite counter tops and is fully equipped. There is a loft above the kitchen and the ladder that goes up to the loft can be easily removed, in case you were concerned about climbing little ones. No pets and no smoking, please.

The complex is right by the start of the bike/walking trail to Tahoe City (about 1.5 miles) and is only a short walk to Lake Tahoe.  There is a wonderful hiking area just across the street and the Nordic Center is only 2 blocks away.

Short drives to downtown Tahoe City (5 minutes), Alpine Meadows (15 minutes), Squaw Valley (15 minutes), Homewood (20 minutes), casinos (20 minutes) and Northstar (30 minutes).  Hiking, biking, swimming, boating, restaurants, shopping, and everything else nearby.

Nightly rates from $150 (summer) to $195/night (winter).  Weekly rates from $900-$1170/week (dependent upon season, 7th night free), special rates may apply during high season, please inquire.  2 night min required for most stays; 3 night min on Holiday Weekends; 5 Night min stay during Christmas & New Year's.  $110 Cleaning Fee (combined departure cleaning and hot tub maintenance) & $200 Refundable Security Deposit required.  Deposit of 50% is required to hold reservation; refundable until 30 days prior to check-in.  Full payment required two weeks prior to check in.
