Fantastic Flat Lot with Sand Beach, paddle boat, dock, decks, sun rooms and more! This is it. Deep water at the dock, steps into the water for small ones or your dog. This home has fully equipped kitchen, 2 levels, and a great room on the main level that opens up to that wide water view. Grill outside on the deck or hang out below on the covered deck. Upstairs the great room has TV with VCR and DVD, as well as one bath and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom offers a King and one bedroom offers bunk bed set-up with full on the bottom and twin on the top.
Downstairs great room has foosball and game station, TV, & DVD for the kids to enjoy! The sun room is a great place to be as well - right off the kitchen with shade in the summer and warmth in the winter months, this allows even more livable space for your family. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms each with a Queen bed.
