Furnished for comfort and style, our Mediterranean Pearl luxurious villa is an ideal vocation home rental for your family or 2-3 families Disney visit all-year round. During your Disney vocation, enjoy a private over-sized heated pool, movies, Xbox video game or (free) cable TV on 47" full 1080P HDTV LCD or a good book on the couch in the family room. Built in 2006, the villa is professionally re-furnished in 2009. All of rooms are furnished with high quality furniture and all of three master en-suites are furnished with HDTV LCDs for the comfort of your stay. The garage converts to games room, and is furnished with a a slate bed pool table, and air hockey table. The villa provides free phone calls to US/CANADA.

There are a Nintendo Wii with Wii sports game, a Playstation 2 with five games and a Game Cube. You can enjoy all kinds of the games in the villa. There are total 3 DVD players, one VCR players and an Ipod dock.  A computer with LCD Screen is provided with Free FIOS WIFI, you can search internet and check your email in the house!

Only minutes from the bustle of Highway 192 and I-4. Just 2 miles away, there is a WalMart Super Center and a Super Target Center for all your shopping bargains. With easy access to Interstate 4 both coasts and Tampa are within 50-90 minutes drive so making easy day trips to Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona Beach or Busch Gardens and the Gulf Coast.

CHILDREN FRIENDLY - One bedroom is designed with Mickey Mouse theme. We furnished the house with an Game cube, a Nintendo Wii with Wii sports game, and a Playstation 2 (with 5 games). There are two portable baby cribs, a highchair and two strollers. There are many toys, Disney DVDs, VCRs and books in the villa. The swimming pool is fenced for the safety concern of the kids.

The Resort Clubhouse boasts the very best of its kind in Disney area. It includes a 4000 sq ft state of the art clubhouse, sundry shop, snack bar, large resort sized pool, spa, interactive children’s water play area, sand volleyball court, putting green, recreation/soccer field, internet room, arcade and a meeting area with guest services. It is a gated community so you have the best of both worlds with your own space inside of Sundance Villa and all the facilities on your doorstep of the resort where you can meet other vacationers.
