Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and seperate ice maker for you to fill your cooler every day.  Seperate hot and cold water dispencer for you to make hot tea or coffee instantly.  Custom cabinetry throughout.  Two full size family rooms.  Large deck with gas grill and comfortable seating to view the water and spectacular sunsets.  Just walk down the steps to your own private beach.

 Boaters delite! Bring your boat and enjoy your very own private boat slip.  Television's in every bedroom and large screen t.v. in main family room.  Swimming pool that is just a few steps from the back door. Two tennis courts.  Bring your fishing poles.  We have a lighted dock that draws fish in at night and there is a sink on the dock where you can clean your catch. Owner has beach chairs, floats, noodles, sand toys, and beach towels for your convenience.

Within walking distance you can rent wave runners, boats, parasails and bikes.  There are bike trails that take you from one end of the Island to the other.  There is a beautiful state park less than a quarter of a mile from the property.  There are two restaurants within walking distance. Nightly entertainment with live music. 

summer rates, weekly only, May 9 - September 30, 2009,  $1,700 to 2,000 rental fee.  After September 30, Fall rates will apply.

$500 deposit, refundable after clean-up. ( Send a self-addressed stamped envelope for us to return your deposit check.)

$150 cleaning fee and 10 1/2 % rental tax.
