This is a like new Beach house in beautiful Oak Island. Our house is only 3 blocks from a direct beach access. A short walk or Bike ride. 1 block from the Intracoastal waterway and 2 blocks from The Beach Pantry where you can get just about any provisions you need. This house will sleep 6, Queen in master with full bath & TV w/ dvd player. Queen in bedroom 2 with TV and 2 twins in bedroom 3.  Livingroom with Huge T.V with cable & DVD.  Kitchen fully stocked with every thing you need to cook. Washer and Dryer to use, Like new appliances and Carpet. Table and chairs outside with swing, rocking chairs and grill  on the porch...3 night minimum in season please.  Located on Oak Island Drive.... Smoke Free Property....I will be glad to email any additional info or extra pictures you need.  

If you are caught smoking or with a pet in the home your deposit will be not be refunded!  The house is clean apon your arrival and should be cleaned at you departure...Or a $75.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit.

$200.00 deposit (cashiers check oor money order) required to reserve. Will be giving back after property inspection.
