This very private 2 story 2nd & 3rd floor penthouse condo has multi levels for lots of privacy and spectacular ocean views from the living, dining and kitchen areas. The best views of course, are from the balcony where you can sit and relax, cookout, and watch the sunset. It’s awesome. The master bedroom on the 3rd floor, has a king size bed with it’s own private bath. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms, which are on the 2nd floor, both have queens and share a nice big full bath. Plus there’s an extra ½ bath right off the kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, it has all granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances which make entertaining fun and enjoyable. There is additional sleeping if you don’t mind the extremely comfortable sectional leather sofa. There are 2 tandem garage spaces that do only accommodate small vehicles. Come relax and enjoy yourself each and every minute.
