Vacation Rental Description

     This is a beautiful 3 bed room 3rd floor villa condo in the 
Ocean Villas at the Turtle Bay Resort.  Turtle Bay Resort is located 
on the beautiful northshore of Ohau and is the only true resort 
destination on the northshore.  You are less than an hours drive to 
all that Honolulu and Waikiki has to offer; but you feel like you 
are worlds away in your own slice of paradise.  Please look at the

Vacation Rental Amenities

    This is a fully loaded 3 bedroom 3rd floor villa.  There is a 
private master suite with king bed and two additional bedrooms, each 
with a queen bed.  
     It is fully furnished and ourfitted to your every whim for 
entertaining, beach-going or just relaxing.  
     For your enjoyment we have included all the beach stuff to go 
boogie boarding, snorkling, games, or just lounging on the sand with 
and umbrella and chilled beverage.  
     The Ocean Villa Pool and Jacuzzi is located just in front of 
your building and is perfect for relaxed time.  From your lanai, you 
have a beautiful view of the Kulima Cove and ocean and the new "Ola" 
resturant and the Turtle Bay Hotel.

Activities and Attractions

The activities available are more than can be listed here.  Please 
review the Turtle Bay website for their lists.  You can spend many 
days exploring the property (over 800 acres) with trails both inland 
and along the most beautiful stretch of beach (over 5 miles of 
coast).  You could have a day or several golfing at one of the world 
class golf courses (two 18-hole courses, a Palmer Course and a Fazio 
Course).  Said to be the best swimming beach on the northshore, 
Kulima Cove is literally steps from you building.

Vacation Rental Rates

    We are running fabulous specials so please call.  Ask us about 
our two-week special packages!  We are offering September and 
October available dates at the low special price of $549 per night.
Regular rates range from $749-$849 
Holiday periods have a higher nightly rate with 7 night minimum.  A 
$1,000 deposit and 30% of contract price is required 
when making the reservation and the balance is due 60 days prior to 
check-in.  There is a 11.91% mandatory Hawaii rental tax.
