Summer:  $1400 (weekly only)
Late Summer: 1000/wk; $165/day
Fall:  $720 wk, $120 night
Winter: $1050/mo

Add $125 cleaning & 8 1/2% tax to above rates

Refundable $300 security/damage deposit - or $400 if you want DSL internet access
