Golf at Landfall just over the bridge or any of the other fine courses in the area.Overlooking a peaceful, private marina, this condo offers a rare opportunity to bring your own boat (up to 30') and dock it at your doorstep. Trailer storage is provided. The public boat ramp is next door. Jet ski, kayak, sail boat, power boat, and bicycle rentals are all available. Charter a fishing boat to go deep sea fishing, or make a reservation for a tour of Wrightsville Beach and the area islands by water taxi. Go out on a Dive boat . Walk the famous "John Nesbit Loop" - 2 and 1/2 miles of sidewalk that circles the island. Walk to the Wrightsville Beach Park and enjoy outdoor concerts. Tour the gardens and enjoy outdoor concerts at Airlie Gardens. Visit Historic Downtown Wilmington on the Cape Fear River 8 miles away- tour the USS North Carolina Battleship and enjoy restaurants, bands,quaint shops, plays, horse and buggy tours, or go on a Ghost Walk. Take the kids to the Exotic Animal Zoo, the Aquarium or the Reptile Zoo.
