Charming home in downtown Saugatuck in Saugatuck

Get away from it all while enjoying all the amenities of home.  This cozy three bedroom house features a full kitchen, three bedrooms that sleep 6 and a sofa bed that sleeps 2.  The beautiful three season porch is a great place to unwind.  The side porch has a grill for nice outdoor BBQ's.  There is plenty of off street parking.  All of this is just two blocks from downtown Saugatuck where there are quaint shops, abundant art galleries and excellent restaurants for all tastes including waterside dining.  You are just minutes away from refreshing Lake Michigan.  Bike riding is just one of the many options for enjoying the scenic surroundings. 

The house has central heat and air.  The kitchen is complete with a stove, microwave, toaster and coffee pot.  Also a washer and dryer for your convenience.  There is cable TV, DVD and VCR players, stereo and a library of tapes and CD's for your entertainment.  Also plenty of books and games.  Linens are provided.

Saugatuck is a very safe and friendly small town where everyone is welcome.    The area is known for its art and is becoming known as the "The Art Coast of Michigan."  Lake Michigan with it's beautiful sandy shores is just a short distance away.  You could rent a canoe, kayak or jet ski, charter a sailboat, swim, sunbathe, take a stroll along the boardwalk or the amazing shoreline, golf at a nearby championship golf course, take a river tour aboard an old fashioned sternwheeler, charter a fishing boat, ride a "dune schooner", visit the nearby town of Douglas, ride bikes, shop, go horseback riding, tour a local vineyard, listen to live music or simply just relax which is pretty easy to do in this peaceful place where no one rushes you.  You will want to make visiting Saugatuck a family tradition!
