Condo is wallking distance to several nice bars, shops and restaurants and also the Seawalk Pavillion (oceanfront ampi-theatre) and the festive area of Jax Beach. The Jax Beach pier is only 7 blocks and offers good fishing as well as the wide, flat beach great for surf-fishing, biking and shelling. Jacksonville is home to many world famous golf courses and several cultural events. We are the farthest Beach from the Gulf and will not suffer any effects from the BP oil spill because of our location and distance from the gulfstream
