dryer, maid service available. Pool and BBQ's are across the lawn, and a full work-out center is in the clubhouse-

25 min. from Phx airport. No need to rent a car, everything is within walking distance: Phoenix stadium and all of 
the festivities associated with superbowl.

Vacation Rental Rates

Superbowl rates: $20,000 for the week of superbowl, $18,000 per week for the weeks before or after the 
event. Additional nights $ 2000 per night. Refundable security deposit: 50% of total amount of rent. Cleaning 
deposit: $500 non refundable.
