Conveniently located in Gulf Breeze, Florida with easy access to two of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.   Pensacola beach is within a 10 minute drive.  This is a beautifully decorated home suitable for entertaining, relaxing, or just enjoying the sunsets!  This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in Polynesian Islands community is just minutes from Pensacola and Navarre Beach. We are located on a canal in Polynesian Islands with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and Pensacola Bay.  Our home is the closest seasonal rental to the bay.  You will not have to motor or paddle far to reach the bay! 

Furnished in a relaxing motif with tile floors, frieze carpet, granite counter tops, marble baths, a large fully screened porch, and huge deck on the canal. Bring your boat and dock at your private pier for great fishing or just leisurely cruises on Pensacola Bay.  Minutes by boat or land to some of the greatest restaurants and beaches on the Gulf! Neighborhood boat launch! Close to grocery stores, restaurants and golf courses! This home is the perfect location for your family vacation or winter stay! High speed internet provided.

This house sleeps six people nicely. The masterbedroom has a king size bed, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, and bedroom #3 has two twin beds.  To sleep eight people, we have a fold out queen size couch.  The home can accomodate eight for an extra charge.

• Day rate requires a minimum of three day rental
• Weekly rentals are from Friday-Friday 
• Home is available for long-term rental Oct-Mar at at $1300/month.  Rate includes $200 utility allowance and is for 2 people. Inquire about rates for shorter times, more people
• Stays less than 6 months require taxes
• Must be 25 years old or older to rent
• No smoking/no pets
• Cleaning fee is $100 
• Security deposit of $250 required ($500 for monthly rentals) 
• The security deposit or a portion thereof will be used to offset expenses incurred if needed because of property damage, theft, or if additional cleaning and maintenance is required because of rental policy infractions
• • Cancellation policy requires a 30 day notice. All attempts will be made to rent the unit out and the remaining funds returned pending successful rental
  • Payment by check or Paypal(use credit cards via PayPal)
  • Credit card required to be on file at time of registration
• Severe Weather: If an extreme weather condition occurs during your stay and a mandatory evacuation notice is issued for Gulf Breeze, a refund will be issued and prorated based on the time of your departure from the property.
