Great Beach Get-a-way !! in Ocean City

We invite you to enjoy our beach “Get-Away”.   Our home is a spacious rancher on the peaceful bayside and an easy walk or bike to the beach. It is ideally located in the sought after “Caine Woods” development.  The well kept neighborhood maintains a peaceful calm after a long day of Sun and Fun. Our streets are wide and there is very little traffic, so it is great for biking and walks. There is a lovely park with a playground for children 1 block away.

Harpoon Hannas, (waterfront family restaurant and Tiki bar), Action Water Sports, (marina with boat and jetski rentals), a lovely children's playground park, and boatdocks are a 5 minute walk from our home.

All of the Ocean City beaches are free and life guarded. Our life guards have an outstanding reputation for saves. They even organize water safety classes on the beach for parents and kids. We use the 142ndSt beach which is awesome. There is free parking at the beach if you feel it is more convenient to drive

Phillips Seafood Restaurant (an Ocean City landmark), Thunder Lagoon Water Park, (pool, lazy river, and waterslides), Down Under Mini Golf, Fishers Popcorn (YUM!), and Kohrs Bros (the best frozen custard!) are just a few of our local favorites.

Our bright sunlit home has central air conditioning and an open floor plan which provides a comfortable space for family and friends to gather and dine. We take pride in maintaining a fresh and clean home for your vacation. The décor is simple yet sofisticated with a dash of fun.

The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer, a microwave, soft yellow fresco walls with white kitchen cabinets and a Corian sink and countertop. There are wide planked southern pine wood floors throughout the entire house.

After a hot day at the beach and a quick hose down outside, you can drop your flip flops and beach towels in our sand room.

The kitchen, dining, and living room is an open space. There is a queen sized sofa bed in the living room and a large dining room table.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Across the hallway from the twin bedroom is the 2nd full bathroom.

Outside, you can barbeque dinner while your children are playing in the fenced in yard, or perhaps you prefer reading a great summer novel lounging under the shade tree. After the BBQ, you can put the kids to bed and then enjoy the cool ocean breeze, under the moonlight.

We have a 2 car driveway and lots of street parking.

$300 Security Deposit required when booking. The Security Deposit will be processed within 14 days of check out and will be returned to the renter less any costs for repairs and full Payment is due 45 days prior to stay

Minimum Age: At lease one person occupying the property during the entire stay must be at lease 25 years of age or older. Proof of age required. 

No Senior week rentals or to unrelated groups - will consider "Golf" groups - call for details.

Please bring your own paper products, toiletries, linens and towels or contact me for a linen service at the beach.

No pets allowed 

All new furniture, kitchen, etc.  Beautiful wood floors throughout, Microwave, Convection oven, fans, etc.   King Bed, Queen Bed and 2 Single Beds along with a Queen pull out sofa. Full size Washer and Dryer, 2 TVs, huge Family Dining Table, and quiet neighbors.

Plenty of excellent restaurants, DO YOUR SHOPPING TAX FREE (Delaware) OUTLET  SHOPPING, movie theaters, great beach, golf, nightclubs, parks, watersports, waterslides
