Parking for 3 cars in the driveway. Approximately 20 steps to the front door, enter into the sunny living room with woodburning stove, TV and DVD. Lovely open kitchen with new appliances including dishwasher, dining room with seating for 6 and additional seating at the kitchen island. Off of the kitchen is an exit out onto the deck, which has a lovely peaceful view and lots of outdoor furniture to enjoy it with! There are two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a queen bed, the second with a king bed that can also be divided into 2 singles and a full bathroom with tub/shower right outside of these bedrooms. Downstairs, the 3rd bedroom has two trundle beds (each equivalent to two singles or 1 king size bed) and TV/VCR . There is also a full bathroom with shower only down here and the washer and dryer.

Great local shopping in Twain Harte and Sonora; Twain Harte lake privileges allow renters to purchase tickets to Twain Harte Lake; nearby wine tasting in Sonora and Murphys; Columbia state park; great local restaurants; about an hour and a half from Yosemite; great home base for a week full of daytrips (Sonora Pass, Bodie, etc).  Explore the Gold Country!

Two nights at $557 includes lodging tax and cleaning; Seven nights at $1188  includes lodging tax and cleaning.  A $200 refundable security deposit is also collected for each reservation.
