Cute Blue Beach House in Santa Cruz

This cute beach house is 1.5 blocks to Sunny Cove Beach, considered by the locals to be one of the best beaches in the area. You can see the ocean from the mailbox and take a quick stroll to the end of the street for sunset views.

There is a large kitchen and an open floor plan. The house is approximately 1,400 square feet and has two large bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms. There is a tub/shower in the hall bath and an extra large shower surrounded by glass block in the master bath.

There are lots of restaurants within walking distance around the neighborhood, including Italian, Mexican, and Island cuisine. The Crow's Nest restaurant and the harbor are close by as well. You can also book kayak, boat, and cruise trips there at the harbor. Darling Capitola Village is about two miles south. You can walk along the cliffs or take a short drive to this beach area. A 45-minute drive along the scenic pacific coast highway takes you to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel, and many other attractions.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy:
Full payment required for reservations less than 60 days in advance.
Reservation deposit is two-thirds of total rent amount if more than 60 days in advance. All fees must be paid in full by 30 days of arrival. Reservation deposits for cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be refunded in full if house is rented by another party for that week. Otherwise cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.

There is a 4 night minimum for all rentals.
Rates do not include $125 cleaning fee and $500 refundable security deposit.
