Vacation Rental Description

Nestled in a rustling grove of beautiful magnolias, this home captures the essence of southern 
hospitality. An open floor plan with beautiful hard-wood floors and fireplace on the main level 
allows for easy entertaining with it's intimate gathering room and a kitchen that's a chef's 
delight. The dining and living area as well as the master suite have french doors opening to a 
spacious screened-in porch which overlooks a peaceful lagoon and is great for outside dining, 
reading or lounging in the hot tub with its 56 hydrotheraputic jets.
The main level has two bedrooms and two baths. A wonderful Master bedroom with king-sized 
bed and private bath includes a double sink vanity and jetted tub. The guest bedroom offers a 
queen sized bed and connected bathroom.
Upstairs offers two more bedrooms, fold out sofa, full bath, and gathering area perfect for lounging 
or playing games. Our home is perfect for a family or a few couples vacationing together. Come and 
enjoy, see for yourself!!
    

Vacation Rental Amenities

Included in our home is, air conditioning, Hi-Speed Internet, Cable TV,DVD, 
Stereo, and CD Player. Our fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, 
refrigerator, ice maker, and all utensils. Gas grill for cooking out, a washer and dryer as well as 
linens are provided. For your added enjoyment or soothing muscles, take advantage of our awesome hot 
tub with 56 hydrotheraputic jets located on screened-in porch.

Activities and Attractions

Only a hop, skip and a jump away is the well-known Coligny Plaza as well as our magnificent beach. 
After arrival, park your car. With-in a few minutes walk you can be swimming, dining, entertaining, 
shopping or even taking in a movie. Hilton Head provides wonderful bike paths, Golf, Tennis, 
Miniature golf, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Horseback Riding, Boating, Sailing, Surfing, Windsurfing, 
Parasailing and Jet Skiing. Day trips to Savannah, Beaufort or Charleston provide added pleasure for 
exploring the Low Country.
