Black Hills Getaway in Rapid City

Beautiful historic home in the heart of the Black Hills. Conveniently located close to Rapid City (12 miles), Keystone and Mt Rushmore (10-15 miles), Custer State Park, Hill City, and Sheridan Lake. Also located minutes from some of the areas favorite tourist attractions; Bear Country, Reptile Gardens, BH Waterslides, Old McDonalds Farm, and Putz-n-Glo golf. Also nearby is Hart Ranch Golf resort. The home sits on 3 gorgeous acres with views of Storm Mt. The home has a rich history. Built in 1910 and moved to the Hills from eastern SD, it has been beautifully restored and has all the modern coneniences you want. A new kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, a large great room with fire-place and bigscreen tv, a library full of books, a sunny sun room, cozy front room and formal as well as casual dining areas. Spend your days site-seeing in the Black Hills or hiking on the many forest service trails that surround the property. Evenings can be spent on the patio enjoying the firepit and starry skies, or relaxing in the great room by the fireplace. Rental agreement signed with deposit of half down  to secure the specific dates. A damage deposit in the amount of $1,000 to be sent with the balance (seperate check). The balance is due 2 weeks before the booking date. We accept personal or business checks in the amount only. 

Minimum of 4 nights. $350 a night for up to 8 people. Each additional person $25 night up to $400 max.

If plans change and a group is unable to come on the specific dates, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, unless we are able to rent to another group.
