* Refundable Security Deposit Equivalent to 15% Of Total Rental Price

* 15% Mexico Occupancy Tax

* 10% Service Charge includes Full Time Staff of One Houseman, One Chef, One Maid, and One Gardener; Airport Transfer & 24/7 Concierge Services

* Guests are Subject to the Rules of The Punta Mita Residential Homeowner Association
