This Home is located close to everything Central Florida has to offer yet still set in a quiet Community.While staying at the house you will not be disturbed by interstate,airport or shopping center noise.Past guest always comment on how very private and quiet the house is .

We would love for your family to enjoy our new home in the beautiful sub division of Calabria.The house was custom built for our family in 2009 .This home is perfect for 1 or 2 families with the 2 master bedroom suites,2 bedrooms for the kids and the sleeper sofa.Located about 1 mile off 192 which is the main route thru Kissimmee and only 6 miles to Disney property. At the house is "back road" directions to Disney to avoid traffic. Interstate 4 is only about 10 minutes away which is the main highway to Daytona or Tampa.This Italian style home with cherry/palm tree themed interior is complete with its private south facing pool area that has open space to the right and back of the house.The hot tub brand new in April 2011 is separate from the pool,while the kids splash & play in the pool you can relax in a calm hot tub with temp that you control. *NOTE hot tub that are built into the pool are COLD(air tempature) unless you pay for heat* Over 2200 square feet including the 2 car garage is located on 1 floor for convience yet all bedrooms are separated for privacy. Please look at our up to date calender  for dates that are available for rent.

The home was immaculate, beautifully furnished and close to the parks.  The area is very quiet and a nice contrast to the bustle of Disney.  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.-The Smeths

Master bedroom with king bed and private bath Second master bedroom with queen bed,private bath with both masters having ceiling fans and direct access to the pool. Bedroom 3 & 4 have twin beds in each room with a shared bath and all bedrooms have TV's.The house is fully air conditioned and the great room is very comfortable with the sleeper sofa,flat panel TV,DVD and a video gaming system.The Kitchen is well equipped for cooking a meal or just heating up snacks and there is also a gas grill for your convenience .The dining area is next to the kitchen with additional seating at the counter. Also WIFI through out the house or hard wired if needed for internet access. There is also a washer,dryer, a High Chair and portable crib.

Colin from The managment company is available 24/7 if you need anything while staying at our house.

Kissimee/Orlando's other attractions are a short drive up 192 or I-4. Orlando International Airport is about 35 minutes away.Super Target,Super Walmart,restaurants & outlet malls are minutes away on 192

7 night minimun during Holidays and summer season

Daily rates  $103.00 to $130.00

Add 13% Florida tax

Cleaning for stays less than 7 nights add $85.00

Pool heat (heated to low to mid 80's) $ 140.00 plus tax per week (recommended October-April)

Hot tub with heat that you control   $ 120.00 plus tax per week

We accept credit cards thru pay pal,bank and personal checks(personal checks must be received at least 3 week prior to your stay)

All checks need to be drawn on a US bank

Deposit of $ 200.00 required to reserve house non-refundable with in 2 months of arrival if reservation is cancelled (refunded after departure if no damage or breakage is found)

Total rent due 5 weeks before arrival
