Located in the very center of Waikiki just steps from the beach, public transportation, and the International Market Place, the Fairway Villa is a favorite spot for travelers on the island. We are located right near the Food Pantry, the only full size grocery store in downtown Waikiki.
CLEAN?
Clean seems to involve a judgment. Over the years I have learned that my clean and my neighbor's clean are different things. Obviously my clean and my children's clean are different----but my clean and my husband's clean are also different things. But spotless is an absolute. In our condo YOU are the judge. We leave the cleaning check list that we gave our cleaning staff inside the condo for our guests with a message: "This is the checklist that we left for our cleaning staff. We will call you shortly after your arrival to see if YOU are satisfied. We do not pay our cleaning staff until our condo meets your expectations!" Pretty simple concept!

Gayle U: From the first e-mail to Marie, I was amazed at how friendly, open, polite, and prompt she was answering my questions. Immediately she directed me to her website.
We received written confirmation of our deposit, and even a billing invoice!! Days later the same information arrived via slow mail I figured this was all a pretty good sign, but I still was not prepared for how tastefully decorated and well supplied this condo was when we arrived! Everything was new, and it was spotless. from the light switches to the windows. Marie even called the morning after our arrival to be sure that we were pleased with everything before she paid her cleaning staff!!
Located on the 22nd floor, the Sunrise Condo has a wonderful view of Diamond Head. Marie had included a starter size container of laundry detergent, a full bar of soap, starter coffee, spices in the cupboard, beach chairs, a boogie board, beach towels, blender, and even an umbrella in case of rain. We especially liked having a washer/dryer in our condo, a full stove, and free parking. The Fairway Villa had just finished upgrading the hallways with new stucco walls, new lighting and crown molding. It looked very fresh and clean. The security personnel was friendly, the roof top was quiet and had wonderful views of the city. We especially enjoyed having a washer/dryer in the condo, a full stove, and free parking. I'd highly recommend this condo.
- Forrest Garth: WOW!, I cannot begin to tell everyone how great the condo, as well as Stan and Marie are. This is the best kept secret in Hawaii. The security officers were very friendly, the THREE elevators were quick and worked perfectly, the parking space is is a great added comfort, the views from the the lanai are wonderful. Don't worry about the Murphy bed, it sleeps great. Everything in the condo worked great. It is close to everything. The roof was a dream with the pool, hot tub, sauna, grills and the views. If I am ever able to return to Hawaii, there is no doubt where I'll stay. I lived in Hawaii thirty years ago and had many family members visit me, I wish this place was available then. on a 5 star rating I would give it a 5+. The Owners:
No concerns here. We are retired educators. Marie [57
years old] was a middle school and high school counselor, and Stan
[63 years old] was head of the Humanities Department at the local college. We come from very different backgrounds: a farm girl from
Ohio and a city boy reared in the cultural center of Boston.
Retiring on the Outer Banks near our two grown children and three
small grandchildren, we have lived and worked for 30 years in North
Carolina. We love to spend quality time with our family, engulf
ourselves in the beauty of nature, lose ourselves reading a good
novel, and attend classical music concerts or the theater.

You will be in the very heart of Waikiki where everything is within
walking distance--the emerald beach, an expansive golf course, a
kaleidoscope of surfers by day and street entertainers at night;
economical or exclusive shopping areas--from the hurly burly market
place to the most upscale boutiques; lush gardens of the most
luxurious five star hotels; a well-equipped 24-hour fitness center,
and a teeming variety of restaurants.
You can stroll along the Ala Wai canal, walk to the golf course,
visit the child-friendly zoo and the hands-on aquarium; or if you
want a little less stimulation, you can burrow in at the public
library. And for your convenience the largest complete
grocery store in Waikiki is only a block away.
