The Fairway Villa is a dream come true!! in Waikiki

LOCATION:  Located in the very center of Waikiki just steps from the beach, public transportation, and the International Market Place, the Fairway Villa is a favorite spot for travelers on the island.  You will be able to walk everywhere....and the only full size grocery store in Waikiki is just outside your door.

NEWLY UPDATED:  We update our condos yearly....replacing anything that is needed.  This year, both units were painted, we bought new drapes and new cabinets for both units.   We have all new furniture, new flooring, new bedding..Our large and small appliances have all been purchased within the last 3 years.  

SPOTLESS:  Clean seems to involve a judgment. Over the years I have learned that my clean and my neighbor's clean are different things. Obviously my clean and my children's clean are different----But spotless is an absolute. In our condo YOU are the judge. We leave our cleaning staff's checklist inside the condo for our guests with a message: "This is the checklist that we left for our cleaning staff. We will call you shortly after your arrival to see if YOU are satisfied. We do not pay our cleaning staff until our condo meets your expectations!" Pretty simple concept....and it works!

The Owners:

No concerns here. We are retired educators. Marie [57
years old] was a middle school and high school counselor, and Stan [63 years old] was head of the Humanities Department at the local college.  We come from very different backgrounds: a farm girl from Ohio and a city boy reared in the cultural center of Boston.

Retiring on the Outer Banks near our two grown children and three small grandchildren, we have lived and worked for 30 years in North Carolina. We love to spend quality time with our family, engulf ourselves in the beauty of nature, lose ourselves reading a good novel, and attend classical music concerts or the theater.

You will be in the very heart of Waikiki where everything is within walking distance--the emerald beach, an expansive golf course, a kaleidoscope of surfers by day and street entertainers at night; economical or exclusive shopping areas--from the hurly burly market place to the most upscale boutiques; lush gardens of the most luxurious five star hotels; a well-equipped 24-hour fitness center, and a teeming variety of restaurants.

You can stroll along the Ala Wai canal, walk to the golf course,
visit the child-friendly zoo and the hands-on aquarium; or if you want a little less stimulation, you can burrow in at the public library. And for your convenience the largest complete
grocery store in Waikiki is only a block away.

April, May, June, September, October, November:   

Value Season: $1900 per month.  With taxes: $2269.24.                                                      That's a base rate of just $63 per night when rented by the month during Value Season

July, August, December, January, February, March  

High Season:$2200 per month:With taxes:  $2614.12.                                                           That's a base rate of just $73 per night when rented by the month during High Season

Weekly $575 with a two week minimum stay.  That's just $82 per night when rented for two weeks. 

$675 when rented for less than a 14 night stay.  That's $96 per night. 

$85.00 cleaning fee is added to the above
