This beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo is located on the first floor of The Springs.   In both bedrooms, you will find comfortable queen sized beds and cable TVs for your enjoyment.  The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combination.   In the living room, you can sleep an additional two people on the sleeper sofa.  You will enjoy the TV with DVD/VHS player and small selection of movies.  The full kitchen has all of the essentials for you to cook a meal away from home.  The dining room table will comfortably seat 4 people, and there are two additional dining room chairs in the condo if you have more people in your group.  You will also find 2 humidifiers and 2 fans in the unit, as well as an iron with ironing board, and plenty of extra blankets and pillows.   

The Springs was completed in 2000 and is one of the more exclusive buildings in the resort.  The Springs is the closest building in Keystone to the new high speed, eight-person gondola.  If you exit the condo from the balcony through the pool area, you can utilize the back gate and be at the gondola in 2 minutes.   You are also approximately a 1-2 minute walk from excellent businesses including restaurants, shopping, bars, winter and summer sports rentals.   

This condo features views of the ski slopes, gondola, and the spectacular pool area at The Springs.  Watch the skiers come down Dercum Mountain from the living room and the balcony, or enjoy watching your children enjoy the pool from the comfort of your balcony.

The Springs features the following amenities: (many of which you will not find in other buildings in River Run Village).

Some of them include the World Music Festival (June 27), Frontier Fair and July 4 celebration (July 4), Uncorked Wine Festival (July 11-12), Bluegrass and Beer Festival (August 1-2), and the Blues Festival and Art Show (August 22-23).

2. Weekly events for kids and adults like Kids Discovery Days (every Tuesday from June 23-August 11), Family Fun Night with bounce houses for the kids, a dance performance, and carnival games (every Wednesday from July 1- July 29), and The Ant and The Grasshopper Theatre Production at the ampitheatre in River Run Village (every Friday from July 3-Aug 21).
