Highland House Chalet in Plymouth

HighlandHouse Chalet, is nesseled in the pines in a quiet area.  The Black river runs through the front border of this property.  It makes for nice fishing and wading.  NO PETS in this Non Smoking home.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, dishwasher, 3 bed rooms, 2 baths, dinning table seats 10,  great room open area, cable TV, fireplace

We are located half way between Okemo and Killington.  The New York Times say we have the best vacation spot in Vermont.  There are 5 lakes and 6 golf courses all located with in 8 miles of this Cedar Chalet. There is horse back riding,boating, summer theater, art/crafts shows, antiquing, museums, hicking, and best of all skiing at either of three ski areas within 9 miles. 

Summer rentals:  3 night minimum  sheets and towels provided  $125. per-night

Weelky rate 7 nights $775. Monthly rate is $2000. No house keeping is provided

All rates except those over 30 days are taxed at the current stat rate.

Winter rates:  We welcome season rentals $9000. for 6 months Utilities $1500.

Security deposit: $1000

Security deposit is required on all rentals  NO PETS or Smoking in this home.
