vacation rental description
A twenty foot deck, with a screened porch at one end, faces the lake, which is less than 30 feet away. Sliding glass doors open out to the deck from the large living room, with fieldstone fireplace.
The master bedroom has a kingsized bed, and walk in closet. One bedroom with twin beds also has a loft that children love (ages 5-12) as it's reached by a ladder, and is a great private space. Another bedroom in the cabin has one twin, and twin sized bunk beds. An outbuilding has twin beds and its own front porch.
The dock holds several deck chairs, and a huge rock off shore makes a great jumping off spot. There is also a float. The lake is three miles long, and about 1/2 mile across at the Nelson end.
One third of the shoreline of this lake is in conservation land, and much of the rest is still underveloped, so it is quiet, and water is chrystal clear.
