Rental Information:

The lease agreement will be sent to you which is to be signed and returned with 1/2 of the rental amount. We will then return a signed copy for your records. The balance plus security will be due 30 days  prior to occupancy.The receipt of your returned rental agreement & deposit is the only way to reserve your rental. If your agreement & deposit is not received within 7 days of your reservation, the week will remain open.

Other Fees $500  Security Deposit Required for all Weeks to be Refunded within 2 weeks of checkout after inspection by Owner and NO damages have occurred.

This property is available to rent by Family Groups Only and Not to Single Adults Under the Age of 25, Proper ID Required and Smoking Not Permitted.
