$475 per week
High Season: April,  June July, August, and December1-15 -
$550/wk. Easter and Christmas Holiday season: Dec. 16-Jan. 5-$630
per week. Winter rentals of 4 weeks or more: $400 per wk + one time
cleaning fee $60.
Reservation deposit required on booking: $100.00
Security deposit: $200 or credit card guarantee
Add 13% tax to the above rates. Minimum number of nights required to
avoid cleaning fee of $60: 5 nights
Weekend/2 night rate: $100 per night + 13% tax.
Cancellation fee: None if done 61 days before arrival date for monthly rentals, 31 days for weekly
rentals. No refunds on deposit if cancelled
within 30 days of arrival. A $50 administrative fee applies to any refund.
Credit card fee: Payment of balance by CC incurs a 5% fee.
