Fully furnished ground floor condo in a 2 story building overlooking
the Boca Ciega Bay in historic St. Petersburg, home of the Salvador
Dali Museum. This condo is in a gated community with 24 hr. security
guards. It has a private beach for your pleasure. Enjoy the sea
breeze, bask in the sun, and watch the beautiful sunsets every
evening from the screened lanai in your condo.

Central air and heat, full kitchen (microwave, dishwasher,
coffeemaker, refrigerator, oven/range stove, toaster, tea kettle,
cookware and utensils, dinnerware), linens and towels, free local
calls. Laundry room nearby. Huge heated pool and spa. Private beach
with white sand. Tennis and racquet ball courts for your use.

Internet free.

Fishing, boating, swimming, tennis, racquetball, barbecuing, picnics
on the beach, sunbathing, golf nearby. Seafood restaurants and
shopping half a mile away. Nature parks and museums a short drive
from the condo. Busch Gardens is 30 minutes away in Tampa. Disney,
Universal and Sea World are 90 minutes away in Orlando. Fort Desoto
Park is a natural habitat for wildlife, has boating and beaching
facilities as well - 10 minutes away.

May, June, and November -- $550 per week
July, August, September and October -- $600 per week
December to April -- $575 per week
Add 12% tax to these rates. Cleaning fee: $70.
Minimum stay : 30 days or ask for any shorter stays.
Winter rental rates: $500 per week + a one time cleaning fee $70
Cancellation policy: A processing fee of $50 applies to any
cancellation.  Cancellations done within 30
days of arrival date on weekly rentals - no refunds. Cancellations done within 60 days of arrival date on monthly rentals  - no refunds.

Rescheduling of vacations dates may be possible, please ask.
