We are the last condos on Santa Rosa Blvd. Security gate entrance, 2 pools, tennis courts, hot tubs,and workout room all located just steps from the unit. Snow birds have plenty to keep them busy with Monday night at the movies, weekly bridge, bingo, and aerobics.  The complex also has a banquet room for your specail events. Located only two miles from the conference center and Gulfarium. Complex is beautifully styled with a spanish look.  Large gouunds with plenty of palm tree for your evening walk.
