Lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with extra large screened in pool and patio area. 4 lounge chairs for sunbathing, and 2 seperate sitting areas with 4 chairs for each to enjoy the dining outside. Gas barbeque is large and easy to operate.
Hardwood floors throughout the home with the exception of bathrooms. Great for allergy suffers as I have no carpet, just 1 small area rug in the living room.
Pets are accepted -- I do charge an additional deposit of $200.00 and a $100.00 additional cleaning fee. For stays longer than 2 weeks the additional cleaning fee is $200.00 due to the amount of time required to ensure all evidence of a pet stay is removed -- as the next guests may not have any pets.
