Vacation Rental Description

beach. The pleasure of peace and quiet, the comfort and serenity of 
your own private retreat.  Summer or winter, this is your home away 
from home.  The home 4-5 people. The low bank beach access is just 
steps away.
						

Vacation Rental Amenities

This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  The master bedroom is 
oceanfront, has a queen bed and has a TV/VCR, with its own bath.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with the second bath just steps 
away.  Also a twin rollaway is available.
The fully equipped kitchen has a  microwave, dishwasher, 
washer/dryer, plus many extras.
A large living room features a 12 foot window to the ocean, a gas 
fireplace, TV and VCR.  So relax in an easy chair and just enjoy.
Nice patio has table, chairs and a barbecue grill with a large 
fenced in yard.
All sheets and towels are provided for your convenience.
Parking for 3 cars, RV, boat parking ok.	
 

Activities and Attractions

Just a mile south of the outlet stores, and 5 miles south of the 
casino, this home is located in the heart of everything you want to 
do. Miles of ocean beach to walk.  The casino bus goes by your door 
every hour. 
Newport and the Aquarium is just 30 miles to the south.
Depeo Bay is 15 miles south. 
Golf at Salishan, crab on the Siletz Bay or visit the many antique 
store. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer rates Memorial weekend to October 1st.  Also Holidays, 
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

$ 200.00  per night with 7th night free 

Winter Rate: October 1st to Memorial weekend 

$ 160.00 per night with 7th night free
 
Does not include 9% room tax.  Refundable $100.00 cleaning/damage 
deposit when home is left clean and damage free.
If you rather not clean, the charge to clean the home is $70.00.
