RATES:

• $450 per night (3 night minimum) 
• $2,500 per week Sept 8th- Nov 1st
• $3,250 per week June 1- Sept 7th
• midweek specials: stay 4 nights and get the 5th free (mon-thurs, non holidays only, does not apply with other special offers or coupons)

A deposit of $500 will be charged with all rentals of 2 weeks or less. Any necessary housekeeping is taken from the deposit and the balance is refunded within 5 days or less of checkout.

All rates include taxes and booking fees, a 2.9% fee will be added to any reservations made with credit card. SORRY NO 2010 reservations are being taken until Nov. 1 2009.
