Rio Lindo - On The Russian River in Russian River

Rio Lindo is a beautifully remodeled two-bedroom one-bath vacation home right on the river. Tucked away in a quiet Russian River neighborhood in the small town of Villa Grande, Rio Lindo is the ideal spot for couples, families, and friends to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Rio Lindo guests are greeted by a charming, landscaped front walkway, which continues up a few stairs up to the front porch. The front door opens to a short hall leading into the bright open living, dining and kitchen area. A door from the living room leads out to the back deck, which is furnished with an outdoor dining set, a gas grill, and new spa that overlooks the lawn area, redwood trees and Russian River. Stairs from the back deck lead to the large back lawn, a great place to relax and play. A sturdy stairway and path leads down to a private river dock. There is also a large sandy neighborhood beach about 2 blocks away.

Rio Lindo's gourmet kitchen glows with dark granite counters, custom cherry wood cabinets and wonderfully crafted wine nook. The fully equipped kitchen offers new appliances and a dining table that seats 6. The living room features large windows that overlook the back lawn and river. Rio Lindo's comfortable living room has cable television, DVD, and a stereo. The sofa folds out to accommodate a single sleeper on a double bed. The light and airy bedrooms at Rio Lindo, each with a queen bed, are located opposite each other off the hall entrance. The bathroom is also off the hall and has a bathtub/shower combo.

Rio Lindo is located in Villa Grande, California. The nearby towns of Monte Rio (1 mile) and Duncan's Mills (3 miles) offer a variety of shops and restaurants. Rio Lindo is just about 7 miles from the Sonoma Coast. It is also just short drive to many Sonoma County, Russian River Valley wineries.
