parks, nature reserve, dining, pubs, and shopping. 
 
Beautifully landscaped grounds, complete with green belt, pool, and  
BBQ area.  In addition to the community BBQ, the unit has it's own  
private enclosed patio and BBQ as well... 
 
One private covered carport with plenty of additional parking. 
Carport is well lit, with an enclosed, secured storage area.

This Surf City condo was perfect for our needs. Great location with  
close access to beach, Disneyland, freeway, and PCH.  We were in  
Southern CA for a wedding and finding our way around from the condo  
was a breeze. The unit is much roomier than it appears in the  
photos.  Gregg was very easy to deal with and returned our security  
deposit within a week of our return home. Highly recommend this  
rental unit.

Stayed 11 nights to April 10th. Spacious and comfortable  
accomodation. Townhouse was perfectly located for our purposes. The  
5min drive to beach an asset. Good communication with Gregg - great

We really enjoyed our stay in this well equiped and spacious  
townhouse. The facilities were excellent and Greg, the owner,was  
pleasant and helpful. We would certainly recommend this property for  
anyone wanting a central location whilst staying in the Huntington  
Beach area.

We really enjoyed staying at the condo. It is beautiful and very  
clean! The complex is very quiet and the kids enjoyed the heated  
pool, which was quite warm for February. One of the nicest vacation  
rentals we've stayed at. We received our deposit back right away and  
enjoyed doing business with the owner, Greg. A great deal for the  
$$$$

I would like to share our experience of renting this unit for  
February 18, 2006.  Process of renting was easy, without long  
formalities; owner was welcoming and open for discussion of our  
needs. Unit was clean, bright and comfortable. It is exactly what  
you see at the web-site and more - we had even tropical fishes in  
the living room. Our further experience with owner showed that he is  
reachable at any moment (in spite of weekend) and ready to answer  
our questions. Check out was easy and quick. We have spent great  
time and look forward to return. Thank you, Gregg.

WINTER       $1000/wk, $200/nt (December, January, February)  
SPRING/FALL  $1225/wk, $250/nt (March, April, September, October,

Rates in US Funds, payable in advance of occupancy. 
 
20% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of reservation and  
full balance is due 15 days before the stay. 
 
Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Check-out:  11:00 a.m. 
	 
$ 500 Security deposit that is fully refundable within 10 days if  
there are no damages 
 
$ 100 cleaning fee
