Once you arrive - park your car and never use it again.  Fabulous restaurants and shopping all within walking distance.  The Beach Trolley runs all day and night up and down the entire beach of Pinellas County.  You can ride as far north as the tip of Clearwater Beach all the way to the southern tip of St. Petersburg Beach.  It makes frequent stops at convenient locations.

Monthly Rates:  December through April - $5000 monthly/10% discount for extended stay ----  May through November - $4500 monthly
