To the North visit Historic St. Augustine which is only 40 miles up Scenic A1A.  Volusia Mall as well as many strip malls and grocery shopping is close by.

Refundable deposit of $100 - $150 depending on length of stay is required upon booking and confirmation. Deposit in full will be refunded, if cancelled 30 days prior to occupancy. Full rent is due 30 days prior to date of arrival. Refund of deposit is subject to inspection within 7 days of checkout.

No pets, No trailers, No boats or campers are allowed in parking lot. Observation of association rules are mandatory for all tenants and are posted on premises.
