Vacation Rental Description

Lake Winnipesaukee - PRIVATE - 3 Bedroom furnished cottage on one  
level with a glass enclosed sun room and deck overlooking the Lake  
in Roberts Cove, (between Alton and Wolfeboro N.H.). This is a very  
serene, sunny, PRIVATE, 2 acre location with your own lakeshore  
frontage. The shoreline has a very gradual decline with a sandy  
bottom. It is an excellent swimming location for small children.  
Also included is your own private dock with magnificant sunset  
views. There is the convenience of a Marina and Boat Launch nearby  
in the Cove. 
 
Occupancy Limit:  6 persons

Vacation Rental Amenities

PRIVATE Dock (accomodates up to a 24' boat), Deck, Cable TV w/DVD &  
VCR, Gas Grille, and a Full Kitchen including a Microwave Oven, Drip  
Coffee Maker, and Toaster Oven. Private Drive with Parking for a  
boat trailer.

Vacation Rental Rates

RATES for the 2008 RENTAL SEASON: 
 
2008 PRIME TIME (Sunday June 29th - Sunday September 7th)  
 
$1900 per week (Please Check Calendar for availability)

2008 OFF-SEASON TIME  -  
*** ONLY OFF-SEASON OPENINGS ARE FROM September 7th - Sunday September 28th *** 
 
OFF-SEASON RATE: 
 
$1250 per week 
$1100 per week for Multiple Weeks Off Season Rental (2 weeks or more) 
$225  per night (2 night minimum rental) 
 
PAYMENT TERMS: 
 
A deposit of 50% per week is due immediately to hold your  
reservation. The remaining (50%) balance is due two weeks prior to  
your arrival.  
 
Weekly Rentals check in on Sunday after 1pm and check out the  
following Sunday prior to 11am.  
	 
PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT THIS IS A SEASONAL COTTAGE AND WILL BE CLOSED   
OCTOBER 1st THRU THE FOLLOWING APRIL. MAY IS THE EARLIEST THAT WE'D  
CONSIDER ANY RESERVATIONS.
